NDIS Registered Provider, Supporting Participants Across Australia
GOTLEHS CARE is a registered NDIS provider supporting participants across Australia, with a strong service presence in South East Queensland and North Queensland. With offices in Park Ridge, Queensland, and Townsville, North Queensland, we provide flexible, person-centred support, from a few hours of assistance each week to daily support at home and in the community. We welcome participants with agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed NDIS plans.

GOTLEHS CARE was set up in 2024 to do one thing properly: turn NDIS funding into support that actually shows up. We're registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission under provider number 405 358 3296, which means the way we work is audited against the NDIS Practice Standards rather than simply described on a website.
