Who we are
GOTLEHS CARE is a registered NDIS provider supporting participants across Australia, with a strong service presence in South East Queensland and North Queensland. With offices in Park Ridge, Queensland, and Townsville, North Queensland, we provide flexible, person-centred support, from a few hours of assistance each week to daily support at home and in the community. We welcome participants with agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed NDIS plans.

What being a registered NDIS provider means
Plenty of providers aren't registered. Registration isn't a legal requirement for every type of support, but it does mean a few concrete things.
To hold our registration, GOTLEHS CARE has been audited against the NDIS Practice Standards by an approved quality auditor, and we're regulated by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Our workers hold NDIS Worker Screening clearances. We follow the NDIS Code of Conduct, and we run complaints and incident processes that participants can use without having to come through us first.
It also means we can support agency-managed participants, not only plan-managed and self-managed ones. If the NDIA manages your plan, an unregistered provider can't invoice against it. We can.

How we work
A service agreement in plain English
From there we put together a service agreement in plain English. You'll know what each support costs, who's coming, and how to change it if it isn't working out.
Workers matched on purpose
We match workers on purpose rather than by whoever is free. A support worker who gets on with you will do more for your goals than one who ticks every box on paper and feels awkward in your kitchen.
Who we support
We work with participants of all ages and across all disability types, including intellectual disability, autism, psychosocial disability, physical disability, sensory impairment and acquired brain injury.
We accept participants whose plans are agency-managed, plan-managed or self-managed. Referrals reach us from participants themselves, from families, support coordinators, plan managers, hospitals and allied health teams. You don't need a referral from anyone to contact us. Ring us yourself if that's simpler. There's no minimum number of hours and no obligation to move all of your supports across to us at once.
